The practice

Most of our sites arrive with walls, services and history already in place. The work is deciding what stays.

ARES is an architectural renovation practice based in Dubai, led by architect Melih Düz. We take on occupied villas, tenanted apartments and commercial units where the constraint is never a blank plot — it is an existing structure, a live building and a fixed handover date.

Every project runs through one office: survey and design, engineering calculations for any structural change, authority submissions, and site delivery. Clients hold a single contract and speak to the architect who drew the work.
